More than five years ago we applied for approval for our organisation Dream Again Correctional & Youth Initiative at the Nigeria Correctional Service headquarters in Abuja but we didn’t get approval.
Not discouraged, we went back to work and kept working, we broke a few new grounds both in the West and Northern Nigeria.
With the influence of DCC Gabriel Agada who we have worked with at the MEDIUM SECURITY CUSTODIAL CENTER, OTUKPO we were able to gain access to Kuje and immediately set up a standard classroom with computers as seen in the third picture here but we still didn’t have approval from Federal Capital Territory Headquarters. Thrilled by our work one of the officers asked us to apply again for approval.
Immediately we applied and attached a picture of our work in Kaduna and a picture of our new classroom in Kuje, a team was sent from the headquarters to verify what we have presented in our letter & they left very impressed.
Ladies and gentlemen 2021 ended on a very good note for us with this major approval.
