Q1 2023 NEWSLETTER

Welcome to our Dream Again Prison and Youth Foundation newsletter, where we bring you the latest news and insights from 2022.

We hope this newsletter finds you well. As we enter the 2nd quarter of 2023, we are excited to update you on 2023, 1st quarter activities at Dream Again Prison and Youth Foundation.

Although 2023 is an election year in Nigeria, we remain committed to our mission of reformation and reintegration of inmates. We recently had a productive meeting with the new Controller of Correction in Gwagwalada Abuja, as we continue to strengthen our partnership with prison authorities.

Our skill acquisition programs in Igah prison, with a focus on tailoring, have been successful in providing inmates with vocational skills that are essential to their successful reintegration into society

We are thrilled to announce that one of our students in Kuje prison, who has been incarcerated for eleven years, has been coached by our team to document his story. This is the first of its kind in our correctional facilities, and we believe that it will serve as a powerful tool in raising awareness about the challenges faced by inmates.

At Dream Again Prison and Youth Foundation, we are grateful for your continued support and
donations. Your contributions make it possible for us to provide inmates with the means to
dream again in the right direction, providing them with decent means of livelihood and making
our society a safer and better place for all.

Thank you for being a part of our mission.

Sincerely,
Dream Again Prison and Youth Foundation
